Better End Mod Biomes Guide

BetterEnd turns the End into a broader exploration dimension with distinctive terrain, vegetation, atmosphere and resources.

What changes in the End?

The mod adds many biomes and a custom End generator. Islands can vary more in shape and height, while caves and biome resources add reasons to explore below the surface too.

Prepare for long exploration

Bring food, blocks, storage, ender pearls and a way to record coordinates. New visual landmarks are useful, but the End can still be easy to get lost in.

Collect biome-specific resources

When entering an unfamiliar biome, collect a small sample of plants, wood, stone and other obvious materials before moving on. This builds a useful starter library without overfilling your inventory.

World-generation updates

Changing a world-generation mod can produce borders between old and newly generated chunks. Back up a world before major updates and test the new version separately.

Safe download reminder: use the official BetterEnd project listing and select a file that explicitly matches your Minecraft version.
